"It's amazing how physically exhausting it can be to do nothing."
Always be training, creating, building - never stand still.
One hit at a time, one post at a time, one video at a time. On a long enough timeline you'll build a body of work, something of value.
Consistency and repetition.

Train urself to throw at high intensity near 100% speed & power while maintaining good technique & body position
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) April 29, 2023
Wrist/fist have to withstand impact to punch without gloves/wraps
Drill is 1min: 10-15sec all out, rest remainder of 1min. Repeat next min. 10-20min. Technical brawl pic.twitter.com/H4gF18Cb72
Shadow Box is where you train technique, footwork, speed
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) April 22, 2023
Then you train it on the bag, hitting something solid. Putting it all together - distance, footwork, speed, power, precision
How you train one thing is how you train everything. Bring the same intensity. No half measures. pic.twitter.com/nTejShShnf
Found this wrestling training video of kids in Georgia. Many great ideas and movements you can start to implement. Few can be done solo with a heavy bag. pic.twitter.com/R1yDiYiq9d

Be methodical about how you throw. Snap your punches. Do damage.
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) June 23, 2023
Jab > Cross is one of the fundamental combinations to master. Simple yet effective.
You then add layers w/footwork and additional strikes. Jab > Cross > Angle > Cross.
Drill, drill and drill more. It never stops. pic.twitter.com/A1hYQauPWC
4 Fundamental Strikes You Need to Master
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) July 18, 2023
Jab
Cross
Lead Hook
Rear Uppercut
These are the essential 4
Each can be used offensively or defensively and w/unlimited combinations & variations
But at first you need to isolate & drill
And u never stop drilling them

It’s not just hands you have to keep UP but also keep your chin DOWN. Hands up, chin down. Drill this with tennis ball to hold by your chin. Although you can use anything. Will make you conscious of hands up/chin down. Make sure in same session to throw without training wheels. pic.twitter.com/N9GWg3DFHU
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) June 2, 2023
Timing, precision, speed. Secret to beating power. If you want to train speed you need to do double end tennis ball. You’ll miss more than you hit. Snap ur punches, time the hit, deliver on target. As fast as punch goes out, it returns. Speed bags are good but this is next level. pic.twitter.com/rTVgHhk8zF
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) May 13, 2023
The fundamental Jab > Jab > Cross will put most people out. Often times this is the only combo you will ever need. pic.twitter.com/jgNOPsswUJ
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) May 21, 2023
There is no difference between shadow box to bag to pads to sparring to fighting
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) May 27, 2023
Combos are same. Flow, pacing, rhythm stays same. Intensity, snap, speed, power are same
How you execute in one is how you'll execute in another
Combos:
Jab > Lead High RH
Cross > Rear High RH pic.twitter.com/KWftFmh7Qx
Working Mayweather flow drills on the bag. Great way to train being loose & work on exploding from flow.
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) July 16, 2023
Simply flow & touch the bag without any speed or power then periodically on certain strikes - explode, torque and rotate with speed and with power.
Relaxation & tension. pic.twitter.com/VmZnHlZ7ok
Keep this in mind next time you drill.
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) July 28, 2023
“Slow it down. Go through all the motions. Get the correct mechanics down. Technique first, speed second, power is in the back pocket for ya.” pic.twitter.com/7Q4BMndxVR
If you keep your chin up & hands down as you strike, it’s just a matter of time until you are put to sleep.
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) August 28, 2023
Biggest mistake is not bringing your hands back to your chin when striking.
Breakdown of old school boxing drill to imprint Chin Down, Hands Up into your muscle memory. pic.twitter.com/yWdBVH8Q0J
Training power like overhands need be combined w/jabs. Jab is setup strike. Before you land w/power, throw a jab
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) May 6, 2023
It will: gauge distance, make them react, set up power shot
Use footwork
In/Out
Double up on jab
Lower levels
Switch stances
Lead w/jab & leave w/jab
Jab > Overhand pic.twitter.com/BHXY9PrR1g
Speed will beat power, every time.
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) June 11, 2023
But how do you begin to develop punch speed that everyone wants?
I will tell you the principles you need to begin developing unbelievable punch speed.
Full video and breakdown:https://t.co/KX57ufLV35 pic.twitter.com/6NsWYIHS9r
Shoulder bump in clinch is not used often enough still. You can do serious damage in extremely short distance & create space to land elbows. Expected to see more after Conor fight against Cowboy from few years ago. But still underutilized. Slow movement down before you speed up. pic.twitter.com/UGQXxxfUXP
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) June 17, 2023
Fight cardio. 20min total. Just 1 movement. KB snatch.
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) September 28, 2023
1min snatches non-stop, alternate when needed within 1min then 1min rest. Repeat for 10 rounds.
Weight was 50lbs. 1/3 of BW.
Make sure you’ve also hit your drilling before this for 15-25min.
Simple but not easy. pic.twitter.com/h9BbTO39mF
Want to build up killer grip and upper body? Do rope climbs. Rope climbing is a lost exercise. Near impossible to find this in gyms or playgrounds. But if you have a pullup bar and battling rope then you can start climbing rope. pic.twitter.com/dboo5jQ4ty
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) September 15, 2023
Movement is only thing that will get you out of lethargic, sluggish state. Start w/light boxers footwork bounce. Shift right to left, left to right. Intro footwork. Visualize. Move forward, back, lateral. Few min of this you want to start throwing & training. Movement is the key. pic.twitter.com/ieuUeUUBK0
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) June 14, 2023
FUNDAMENTALS are all you have. They are your everything.
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) July 8, 2023
Develop muscle memory to execute them anytime, anyplace. Whether you're on brink of KO or woken up from deep sleep. You must execute the fundamentals.
Striking fundamentals are:
▪️Jab
▪️Cross
▪️Lead Hook
▪️Rear Uppercut pic.twitter.com/V8zKkSj7HX
Walking Zercher lunges. One of the best leg exercises. Not fun but will make you pick people up a lot easier. pic.twitter.com/i7YlmSjw6F
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) September 16, 2023
Go low. Kick high. Target the body then bring it to the head. This shit fucking works. Cheat code. pic.twitter.com/QJAytuDHxZ
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) July 30, 2023
Don't load up on hooks. You leave yourself open.
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) September 8, 2023
Many don't twist & torque on body when throwing lead hook. You need to rotate entire body as well as feet.
Don't move ur fist past centerline & open yourself up for counter.
Watch this for proper lead head hook body mechanics... pic.twitter.com/oVSAWHMzy7
Train your neck. Make it harder to KO or choke you. Supplemental work with neck harness. pic.twitter.com/D5QTKwfrqn
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) August 9, 2023
Punching power starts from the ground up. From the torque and the twist of your legs and hips. Then spreads to your upper body and arm. The hand is just the delivery mechanism. This has to be trained until it is muscle memory and natural. pic.twitter.com/r1zYKLBoAc
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) May 28, 2023
You will level 99% those you come across. If you master the basics: jab, cross, lead hook, rear uppercut. W/footwork, head movement & constant pressure - you’ll become a killer. You don’t need much - fundamentals, pressure, cardio is enough to win fights: https://t.co/4hjTTKM4QX pic.twitter.com/2Qotvr6NXB

Where the hell is the liver and how do you target it while working the heavy bag? pic.twitter.com/euQaKoQxNy
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) December 7, 2023
Stop doing palm-down pushups and start doing knuckle down pushups.
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) May 10, 2023
Great way to begin strengthening your wrist, first and knuckle to punch without gloves.
There is a level of progression you should apply and few tips to implement...
Full Breakdown: https://t.co/Lc8CmJJXvj pic.twitter.com/hPt5PqlmM8
You need to hold and squeeze more. Not enough Isometrics. Use a heavy bag. Hold, squeeze the bag for time. Don’t stand still, walk around with it. Change grip. The heavier the bag the better. Do a set with the head on both sides. Do this at the end of your training as a finisher. pic.twitter.com/KmVYgL0lnB
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) September 3, 2023
No one wants to train cardio. I scroll & scroll & don’t see fight cardio work. Cardio work is essential. But no1 wants to do it for 1 reason & 1 reason only-it sucks. Most would rather lift weights, rest between sets, haphazardly hit the bag until they get tired to rest some more
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) May 31, 2023
Gymnastics is the best supplemental work you can do to benefit your fighting ability. Rolled and sparred with few who had background in gymnastics and they had the best functional strength to explode and squeeze that most only dream of. https://t.co/sF1iheor5m
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) September 23, 2023
The goal is to be able to throw at 90%-100% full power/speed. Aggressive, violent yet controlled - technical brawling
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) September 2, 2023
Nothing fancy but fundamentals: jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts combined w/head movement & footwork
Drill is 10sec at 90%-100% rest for 50sec
Repeat 10-20rounds pic.twitter.com/a39rTqCwIa
One single, simple pivot to the outside will change everything. It's the smallest adjustments and tweaks that create the win. pic.twitter.com/nFWYHoFMPW

Fundamentals wins you fights. This is all Strickland did. Been telling you since the beginning. Level up. pic.twitter.com/M4g8GFzOma
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) September 10, 2023
As close you get to street fight. Knuckles touch & you get cut easily. Won't see much grappling. Aggression wins. Alvarez was doing good w/jabs, head movement & setting pace until Perry came in aggressive: "He came for check, I'm going to break his neck." Mentality is everything. pic.twitter.com/BwEbpiTzPx
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) December 3, 2023
Southpaw (right hand fwd) have advantage over orthodox (left hand fwd) w/rear body hooks which targets liver. Orthodox doesn’t have same rear body hooks to liver. Davis landed liver hook on separation as Garcia was throwing rear hook to head. Study exchanges like this & implement pic.twitter.com/EJKNNBI2KR
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) April 23, 2023
Playing possum is an underrated tactic. Act like you are hurt to lure them in then strike or takedown. pic.twitter.com/i0jDeUVPGI
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) June 17, 2023
Ninja choke. This is a street fight move. Extremely easy to learn and execute. Especially against any wrestlers trying to tie you up and take you down. pic.twitter.com/2XiJY27Mtb
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) July 16, 2023
Relaxation and tension. This is where it's all at.
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) December 10, 2023
So loose, relaxed then explodes into perfect lead uppercut to cross. Another underutilized combo.
Rountree brings violence. This time it was reserved violence. pic.twitter.com/lhCXbiqkh1
The paradox is real. When you don’t know how to fight you’ll want to fight everyone and everything. But the more you know how to fight, the less you want to or are willing to. You just don't care.
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) September 2, 2023
Size matters. Bigger the guy, harder for u to fight him. Even if u have experience but they have basics down, you’ll have hard time. Doesn't mean you can't win, just means it'll be a long night. Only thing on ur side is speed & footwork. Don’t let movies & scripted shit fool you.
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) September 16, 2023

This is the attitude:
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) September 21, 2023
"I'm gonna have this company for longer than you think. I'm 73. My mom lived to 101. I'm planning on living till 120. I'm never letting company go. I'm always gonna be working here. They're gonna have to pry it from my cold, dead hands." - Vince McMahon pic.twitter.com/Thpbxpn6M5
Real talk. You need at least a year, minimum to not look like you never done this before. Aim for 3-5 years if you want to become rare & dangerous. But your training has to be fight focused. Everything you do should revolve around making you punch, kick, takedown, squeeze better.
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) September 23, 2023
No easy days. Drill and throw like your life depends on it. Because it does. pic.twitter.com/doEV7t5OQ3
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) October 15, 2023
There is a world of difference between showing up to compete and showing up to fight.
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) September 24, 2023
It’s always a fight.
Whether you are showing up to a wrestling match, boxing match or an exhibition - doesn't matter. You are showing to fight. pic.twitter.com/QujIlOJwPz
Develop the mobility and flexibility to kick high. Be able to kick high into any age and into any form. Execute kicks at any time. Kick to the head or die. pic.twitter.com/j0nOuEWNYU

In Fight Club there is a quote: “After fighting, everything else in your life gets volume turned down.”
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) July 12, 2023
Nothing compares to psychological & physical stress you go through prior & during a fight.
Most things you now consider impossible, difficult, scary - become trivial to do.
If you refuse to quit and simply wake up every single day ready to train, work, create despite yesterday being beaten down and having one of the shittiest days then no one that can touch you.
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) April 30, 2023
Never seen this fail. Bolder you are and more “don’t give a fuck” attitude you have - the more instant results you will get. There is no wait. You will literally see thoughts and words become things. Not something you can fake.
— Alexandrovich Unleashed (@ImAlexandrovich) December 23, 2023
The 4 quadrants of movement you need in life to solve all problems: training, working/creating, walking, driving. If nothing is going your way then do one of these to find the way. pic.twitter.com/nMFdpA438n
