The outside training grounds is the one you've seen me use the most in the videos.
Let me walk you through the ALL the training grounds I use and show you around.
Here is an exclusive Unleashed training grounds tour...
The bar setup is one of my favorite areas to train in. It gives me everything I need to work.
I use it to hang the two punching bags, double-end speed bag, tennis ball for accuracy and slip bag for head movement.

I also use the bar for pull-ups, muscle ups and to hang gymnastic rings onto.

So this area is extremely versatile. I can shadow box, do bag work and work calisthenics.
Next is the barbell. I've had this for over 20 years.

I keep the barbell outside. It's very rusty and I wear gloves when I do anything with it. I usually focus on compound movement using the barbell such as Zercher Squats, Zercher Deadlifts, Zercher Lunges and few others.
Next are the two tires.

The storage shed is where I keep most of the gear I use so it is protected from the rain. Pretty much everything I use outside gets stored in here.
There is a lot stored in here: punching bags, very old punching bags that I use for carry and ground/pound, speed bag, slam ball, dumbbells, few extra barbell plates, battling ropes and few others.

Second training area I have is on the patio. I have enough space to shadow box and I have all the equipment I need to hit a hard training session if it's too dark or if it's raining.
On the patio I have:

As of September 27th, the shed you saw is no longer there. Hurricane Helene came through and destroyed it.
Wasnt hit directly but it did cause some damage.
