Get ready for an intense Kettlebell Snatch Challenge.
This 20-minute challenge that also doubles as a training session will push your cardio, build endurance and develop strength through one powerful exercise - Kettlebell Snatch.
The structure is simple: do KB snatches for 1 minute, followed by 1 minute of rest. Repeat this cycle for 10 rounds, totaling 20 minutes.
Your goal is to maximize repetitions in each 1-minute rounds, tracking your reps per round to calculate your overall total. This number becomes your benchmark to match or surpass when you revisit the challenge.
Select a kettlebell that's approximately one-third of your body weight. The weight should challenge you but allow you to maintain proper form throughout the rounds.
Record the number of reps completed in each round and calculate your total at the end. Write it down, this is your baseline. The next time you tackle this challenge, aim to meet or exceed that number to measure your progress.
