Training Routine #12: Fight Cardio Circuit with Renegade Rows, Rope Drills and Jump Squats

This fight cardio circuit has it all.

It will help you build strength, endurance and explosiveness.

Routine Specifics

3 Exercises:

  • Renegade Rows
  • Lion's Den Rope Drills
  • Jump Squats

All 3 exercises are done as a circuit, one exercise after another until all 3 are complete. Then rest and repeat.

  • Renegade Rows are done as follows: one pushup to 2 rows, 1 for each side and this counts as 1 rep
  • Lion's Den Rope Drill includes 3 jump movements: front to back, side to side and over under; each is to be done at 10x each
  • Start with 10 reps for each exercise
  • Next set match the amount of reps in previous set or drop 1-2 reps down
  • Rest between sets: 1-2 minutes
  • Repeat for 3-5 sets
