Build punching power and endurance in this 3-part circuit using sledge hammer, battling ropes and slam ball.

Routine Specifics

3 Stations:

  • Sledge Hammer
  • Battling Ropes
  • Slam Ball

Done as a circuit, one exercise after another until all 3 are complete. Then rest and repeat.

  • Sledge Hammer: 8-10 reps on each side (total reps in one set 16-20)
  • Battling Ropes: 2 minutes (15 seconds on, 15 seconds off)
  • Slam Ball: 8-10 reps
  • Rest between sets: 1-2 minutes
  • Repeat for 3-5 sets
