I know you're tired. I'm tired. Everybody's tired.
So what? No one cares.
It doesn't matter how tired you are, how exhausted you are, how depressed, how sad.
What matters is that you get in here and put in a hard training session at whatever pace you can.
If you can only do one rep then that's all you do. Just do it on repeat.
One rep, one set. That's it. Pick something heavy, lift it up, put it down. That's it. Do a second set. Pick it up, put it down.
Or go to the heavy bag. Throw a full punch combo: one, two, three, four straight shots. Do that for one minute, then take a break. Do another minute. Take a break. Repeat.
You can always be doing something. I don't care if you're sick, tired, exhausted or if the world is crashing around you. it does not matter. No one cares.
If you skip a training session because you were sad, upset, tired or didn't feel like it then that's on you.
The lesson is simple: it doesn't matter. No one cares. Show up and do something. Do anything.
Just show up. Pick something heavy. Put it down. Hit a bag for a few seconds. That's it.
If that's all you can do, that's your training session. But you show up, and you put in something.
Put in the work. Always be training. Show up and do the work. That's what it takes. No excuses, no exceptions. Show up and get it done.
When I feel like not training, I still show up and train. One of the best ways to make yourself train is by following specific directions every minute of training session. Take out the thought process and simply follow what do and for how long to do it by having someone else tell you.
This is why I created "Sprawl & Brawl" program. Simply listen to the audio instructions telling you what to do and then follow along. After 15 minutes of work from the program, you'll be done. And all of a sudden how you felt before doesn't matter anymore.
