Training Routine #4: Kettlebell Snatch to Burpees Cardio Circuit

Kettlebell and bodyweight circuit that will work your entire body.

Anytime you incorporate weight and bodyweight exercises into a circuit, do one with weight first. As you get tired then you switch to bodyweight. This will ensure you can push through to work the endurance/cardio aspect of the circuit.

The circuit includes two exercises - Kettlebell Snatches and Burpees. Explode into each exercises and into each rep. Snatches will wear you out and Burpees will make you push yourself.

You do 1 minute of KB Snatches, switching half way through to the other hand. Then right into Burpees for one full minute. Do as many as you can for each within the time.

Rest for 1 minute and repeat again for 5-8 rounds.

This one will make you work and make your cardio better.

The Cardio Circuit is:

  • 1min = KB Snatches (30 sec each arm), (I use this 50lb KB)
  • 1min = Burpees
  • Rest 1 min
  • Repeat for 5-8 rounds
