Training Routine #3: Kettlebell Swing to Jump Rope Cardio Circuit

For fight cardio you need to do circuits.

A circuit is when you combine 2 or more exercises and do them one after another without a break. Then rest for 1-2 minutes and repeat again.

You do each exercise for time or for reps.

In this cardio training routine you do it for time. One round will last you 3 minutes.

The Cardio Circuit is:

  • 1min = KB Swings (I use this 70lb KB)
  • 2min = Jump Rope (I use this jump rope)
  • Rest 1 min
  • Repeat for 3-5 rounds
