In this feedback it's all about throwing combinations, single punches/kicks, making a proper fist and throwing kicks.

If you don't know what you are doing wrong, what mistakes you are making then you can't fix them. You just keep drilling mistakes.

It's important to get feedback on implementation of your technique. Watching others can help catch similar mistakes you might be making.
